Sandwich with cheese.

       Cut long loaf or bread on slices as on sandwich and fry them on mustard oil. Crush cheese and welded eggs on a large grater, then add mustard powder, butter, salt, spice on taste and mix up to the homogeneous shape. Fill sandwiches by the received mix.
       Components: bread - 1, firm cheese - 300 g, welded egg - 3, butter - 150 g, mustard powder - 30 g.

SANDWICH Fishery

       Wipe the fillet of a herring through a small sieve, mix with a soft butter, add mustard powder, salt and black pepper, add the green onions. All these mix up to the homogeneous shape. Fill sandwiches by the received mix.
      
Components: bread - 1, herring - 300 g, butter - 100 g, mustard powder - 50 g, salt - 1\2 of a tea spoon, pepper - on taste, green onions.

Eggplant caviar.

       Cut on a part 1 average onion, 2-3 Bulgarian pepper, 3 carrots crush on a large grater, cut by slices cleared eggplants and fill with salty water and give them to be insisted about 20 minutes. Fry each component in mustard oil. After that lay out all components in saucepan, fill with juice of fresh tomatoes, add salt and spices on taste and boil for some time.
      
Submitted with any potato dishes.

Salad Romanian.

       The welded potatoes, carrots, string bean and proteins of welded eggs cut as a shape of a cube; add green peas, some welded or fried meat, fill with sauce. Mix the salad and put for 15 minutes in a cold place, to let the vegetables collect sauce in themselves, then add salt, vinegar and lay out on a dish.
       For sauce: mix the yokes of eggs with 3 tea-spoon of a mustard powder, gradually adding mustard oil and lemon juice.
      
Components: mustard oil - 120 g, mustard powder - 3 tea-spoon, string bean - 40 g, meat - 120 g, potatoes - 400 g, carrots - 100 g, green peas - 50 g, eggs - 4, vinegar - 40 g, salt - 1 tea-spoon, juice of a 1\2 lemon.

SALAD Coloury.

       Cut sweet pepper by slices, cucumbers and meat - by cubes, cabbage by stripes, tomatoes by rings, mix everything, add welded rice, onions, greens, salt, spice on taste, fill with sour-cream mixed with 1 tea-spoon of a mustard powder.
       Components: sweet pepper - 100 g, meat - 100 g, cabbage - 100 g, onions - 1, tomatoes - 100 g, mustard powder - 1 tea-spoon, rice - 75 g, sour-cream - 200 g.

SPICY CAVIAR.

       Tomatoes, apples, carrots, sweet pepper cut in a meat grinder. Add a garlic, bitter pepper, mustard oil, salt, spices, sugar. Weld about 1 hour.
       Components: Tomatoes - 5 kg, apples - 1 kg, carrots - 1 kg, sweet pepper - 1 kg, onions - 1 kg, garlic - 400 g, bitter pepper - 2 pods, mustard oil - 0,5 l, salt - 100 g, sugar - 150 g.

Salad Summer.

       Cut on a part tomatoes, carrots, sweet pepper, onions, then mix everything, add salt, sugar, vinegar and mustard oil. Welding about 20 minutes.
       Components: Tomatoes - 1 kg, carrots - 1 kg, sweet pepper - 300 g, onions - 1 kg, mustard oil - 0,25 l, salt - 100 g, sugar - 100 g, salt on taste, vinegar (6 %) - 100 g.

Salad Allsorts.

       Cut on a part cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, pepper, carrots. Add mustard oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and mix everything. Leave everything to become impregnated for 30 minutes. Then keep welding until boiling, sustain 3 minutes.
       Components: Tomatoes - 1 kg, carrots - 1 kg, sweet pepper - 1 kg, onions - 1 kg, cucumbers - 1 kg, mustard oil - 24 soup-spoon, salt - 7 tea-spoons, sugar - 14 tea-spoons, vinegar (6 %) - 14 soup- spoon.
